Absolutely great podcast!
I've been thinking about switching to interval training for a while and have been reading up a little. Dr. Smith has really reinforced what I've been hearing.
As I map out my golf and fitness schedules, it's tough to try and fit it all in. With the benefits of interval training coming with a shorter time investment, that's a huge bonus.
