Did you see that US Women's Open playoff?
Annika was pumped, cruising down the fairway, leaving Hurst in the dust, huffing and puffing, trying to catch up.
Annika looked awesome.
"I'm tired," Hurst said after the the playoff round on Monday. And she
certainly looked it. Of course she was, she played 36 holes on Sunday
and then had to go out again for her fifth round in four days on Monday.
In my opinion, there was no way she was going to compete with Annika on Monday, not with Annika being in the shape she is in.

"Fatigue
shows itself in different areas for different players. For Hurst, it
caused some of her tee shots to stray right, then sneaked into her
putter. Putting, Hurst's strength in the first four rounds, became her
weakness. Her tempo, speed, eye- they all left her."
In defense
of Hurst, she is a Mom and I know sometimes it's hard finding time to
train. But she's 37 and she needs to start working on being in better
shape.
If not for her golf game, for her kids.
